I have been bodybuilding since 1999. I have gained over seven years of experience as a personal trainer at the fitness centres in Canada, England and Poland. I have done numerous personal training sessions and developed various plans that touched on training goals, client injuries as well as diets and supplements. I provide fun and effective workouts that accelerate fat loss and lean muscle development. In addition to bodybuilding I specialize in core training, fitness training, functional training, strength training, interval training, stretching. In striving for excellence, I pursue ongoing fitness education studies to keep me on the cutting edge of nutrition and exercise technology. At work, I don't only encourage people to exercise but I also teach them how to maintain a healthy lifestyle through a healthy diet and a proper use of supplements.
