If you want to change your workout scenery and do some exercises outside of the gym, it might be a good idea to try a Boot Camp. There is a lot of places we can do Boot Camps in, such as: parks, mountains, hills, beaches etc. We don't really need any equipment to do a workout. We can do a variety of exercises just by using your bodyweight but we can also bring some things like TRX or Resistance Bands to make your workout more attractive. If you’ve never tried it, you’ll be suprised how interesting it can be.
